Balance isn't just about standing on one leg.
It requires the coordination and optimisation of multiple physiological systems.
As a population, we are also moving a lot less than we used to, and we are paying the price for increased amounts of physical inactivity.
Simply trying to stand on one leg for a couple of minutes a day is a good start, but it is not going to shift the needle in the right direction.

To improve balance, we need to address some of the underlying causes of bad balance and poor motor functioning.
Spending a little time each day working on our breathing, nervous system inputs, and our foot/core sequencing not only helps improve our balance, but also improves the way we move and the way we feel.
The simple balance hacks in this course will start you on the journey to better movement and better health.
All you have to do is make them a priority.
